I tried this phrase, and found fantastic results. I had picked it up from a Wayne Dyer book and decided to give it a try. I changed the phrase to suit what I was feeling – like I would say – Everyday, I just keep rocking more and more etc…I suddenly began staying more enthused and started gaining new insights. I mean you can’t say this and then also say the world sucks – it just doesn’t match!

Another thing I added was – sometimes, suddenly I would look at a house or building or at my surroundings in a cafe and say – everyday this place enjoys more customers/ more cleanliness/ more love..anything I felt the place needed. Or I would see a beggar and say – this person enjoys more money and love..And I felt very peaceful when i said that. :)
