Another piece of advice I recieved along time ago about slieep that I still use today:  If you don&#039;t fall asleep in the first 10 minutes of trying, get back out of bed.  Staying there stewing over it only makes it worse.</description>

Joshua that&#039;s an interesting one, it&#039;s what they do in places like Spain with the siesta. I like the idea but unfortunately it doesn&#039;t work for me. I don&#039;t think I could convince my boss of the merits of it either!

Juliet, when I took part in the sleep survey they specifically said to only use the bed for sleeping and sex which I thought was funny too, I guess they&#039;d had people asking if it was ok!

Now I&#039;m trying waking at the same time everyday no matter what time I sleep. This seems to work too. Your blog is going to do very well with this quality of writing, Julian.</description>
