		<description>Funnily enough, I just posted about how to have a recoup more energy on your sleeping post, where I discuss how breaking up your sleep can add an extra hour to the hours you are awake. I will re-post the technique here as it is relevant. Essentially if you sleep for an hour in the afternoon your energy will be restored, allowing you to only need to sleep for 6 hours when you go to bed at night (total 7 hours). This provides more energy and better relaxation that an 8 hour straight sleep and allows you to remain awake for an extra hour total in the day.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the mention Julian!  I love the shower tip - never even crossed my mind.  I totally waste a ton of time in the shower, especially in the winter like you mentioned.  If I&#039;m really slow I can easily spend 30 - 45 minutes showering/shaving when it should be 10-15 minutes.  An easy way to free up a half hour :)</description>
